- You are responsible for actions taken under your account.
- You must keep your credentials secure and notify us if you suspect misuse.
3. Your Content
You may forward RFQ emails and attachments into Respondry. You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content only as needed to provide the Service.

6. Retention and Deletion
To control storage costs, attachments may be deleted after a retention period once an RFQ is marked closed, declined, or canceled (for example, 30 days). We may also delete content where required to comply with law or protect the Service.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or loss of data arising from your use of the Service.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to protect the Service.
